Mazda Foundation Awards $586K in 2026 Grants for Food, Education, and Workforce
This past February, the Mazda Foundation announced $586,361 in 2026 grant funding to support nine nonprofit partners that deliver critical programs in STEM, food security, and education. The funding will also support workforce development throughout the communities that the Mazda Foundation serves. This year's investments represent the Foundation's ongoing commitment to long-term partnerships that create new opportunities and strengthen community resilience.
Mazda has been busy giving this holiday season. Their latest effort includes an important partnership with DonorsChoose to help low-income schools get the funding they desperately need to provide a quality education to students from low-income communities. It's going to be a much merrier season for these schools thanks to Mazda.
For the last 104 years, Mazda has been a company that keeps things moving for its customers. They've enjoyed historic sales in recent years and found new fans in the high-tech era. To celebrate the good fortune of both Mazda and Mazda's lucky customers, they've created a new brand platform called "Move and Be Moved."
Like many people across the country, Mazda's leaders were saddened by the Hurricane Helene disaster. This very visible tragedy in American history continues to garner attention and support from people who care. And Mazda's staff has always been made up of people who care and want to make life better for customers.
