  As a partner to the team, Mazda will be the presenting sponsor of the annual Chargers Legends Homecoming game against the Houston Texans, which is scheduled for November 8. Over 100 former players will be recognized during the pregame festivities, and kicker John Carney and wide receiver Anthony Miller will be inducted into the Chargers Hall of Fame during a special halftime ceremony.
As part of Be Moved - Mazda's community engagement initiative that supports the work that dealers do to help their communities thrive - Mazda and the Chargers will celebrate four local educators who help students discover what inspires them. These teachers will also be recognized at the Legends Homecoming game.
Mazda will also be the title sponsor of the Threads of the Past uniform exhibit at The Bolt, the corporate headquarters and training facility of the Chargers. This installation showcases iconic moments in Chargers history along with the evolution of the team's uniforms. It includes the 1960 uniform worn by Paul Lowe when he returned the opening kickoff for a 105-yard touchdown on the franchise's first-ever play, Lance Alworth's uniform from the Chargers' 1963 AFL Championship win over Boston, and items worn by Dan Fouts, Junior Seau, LaDainian Tomlinson, Philip Rivers, Antonio Gates, Justin Herbert, and other Los Angeles Chargers greats.
Fans will also have several opportunities to connect with the Chargers and Mazda throughout the football season, including opportunities to enter a sweepstakes for access to an exclusive watch party and Ride & Drive event at The Bolt for a Chargers away game. Fans can also visit participating Mazda dealerships in Southern California for meet-and-greets with Chargers legends and special in-store giveaways.
